Ali Babacan, Leader of the DEVA Party, visited the Hoçvan region as part of his tour of Ardahan and Kars, meeting with local citizens. Watching the return of the traditional "Nağır" (cattle herd) from the pasture with great interest, Babacan engaged in warm conversations with the local residents. Welcomed with enthusiasm by the people, Babacan listened to their requests and concerns, spending quality time with the community.
