Ardahan student Rabia Bayrakçı won first place in the high school category at the Regional Final of the "Holy Quran Recitation Competition for Female Students," held in Erzincan as part of the elective courses in Religion, Morals, and Values. The competition included first-place winners from the provinces of Erzincan, Gümüşhane, Bayburt, Trabzon, Erzurum, Artvin, Ardahan, Kars, Ağrı, Iğdır, Giresun, and Rize. Following this outstanding achievement, the student has earned the right to represent Ardahan and the entire region at the Turkey National Final to be held in Ankara. The Ardahan Directorate of National Education congratulated the student on her great success.
