ARDAHAN – Following Galatasaray’s official announcement as the Trendyol Süper Lig champions for the 2025-2026 season, celebrations in Ardahan turned into a full-scale festival. After the historic victory was secured with one week to spare, thousands of fans poured into the streets with great excitement.

Celebrations Lasted Until the Early Hours The annual celebrations, described by fans as the "Galatasaray Festival," were more magnificent than ever this year under a mild spring evening. The squares and avenues of Ardahan were illuminated by torches, while yellow and red flags blanketed the city. Echoing with car convoys and chants, the celebrations continued uninterrupted until late at night, aided by the pleasant weather. The fans in Ardahan fully enjoyed the joy of the 26th title in the city squares.

The Ardahan Newspaper; It is the first Kurdish and first English newspaper published over the internet in Ardahan, Turkey. It continues its broadcasting life mainly in Turkish, Kurdish, and English languages. The newspaper was founded in 1995 by Mehmet Ali Arslan and provides local, national, and international journalism. Acting as a broadcasting organ that transmits regional news to the world and world news to the region, it carried out its first news shares via mIRC, ICQ, and IRC platforms. The Turkish version of the newspaper is Ardahan Gazetesi, the English version is The Ardahan Newspaper, and the Kurdish version is Ardahan Rojname (Rojnameya Erdexanê).
