Special individuals receiving services at the Ardahan Barrier-Free Life Care, Rehabilitation, and Family Counseling Center (ADM) celebrated Miraç Kandili with a specially organized program. During the event, which was attended by a religious official from the Provincial Muftiate, the spiritual atmosphere of the holy night was shared through prayers. In an atmosphere of sincerity and peace, conversations were held regarding the significance of Miraç Kandili, and collective prayers were offered with the participants.
