Transport Minister Uraloglu Inspects Key Road Projects in Ardahan Ahead of BTK Railway Summit

Prior to his international meetings regarding the full-capacity launch of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) Railway Line, Turkey's Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Abdulkadir Uraloglu, conducted a comprehensive field inspection of ongoing highway investments in Ardahan. The Minister closely monitored the large-scale resurfacing and asphalt renovation works on the critical Ardahan-Kars Highway



Minister Uraloglu focused his attention heavily on the Çamlıçatak-Çıldır route, where teams are currently deploying bituminous hot mix (BSK) coating to boost both commercial logistics and tourist transport efficiency in the region. After gathering with site engineers and laborers to offer encouragement, the Minister shared a written update via his official social media channels. Emphasizing that Turkey is being prepared for a "stronger tomorrow," Uraloglu expressed his gratitude to the workforce operating under challenging geographic conditions and signaled that further transportation network upgrades are on the horizon for both Kars and Ardahan.
